Created for shared moments and slow living, the villa offers inviting spaces that encourage connection, from the open-plan living area to quiet corners filled with books.
Here days flow into evenings cooking together as the light fades over Lake Como. The well equipped kitchen offers every tool to prepare delicious dishes: oven, microwave, blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher.
The spaces at Villa Fragola are the result of a collection of unique Italian pieces. The double rooms are embellished with original 1930s floors, and in the master bedroom, the wrought iron bed of the 700s certainly does not go unnoticed.
The second double bedroom enjoys a dual aspect with views of both the garden and the lake. A generous wardrobe provides ample storage, along with additional pillows and blankets to ensure maximum comfort.
The villa features two bathrooms: a fully equipped main bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a half-bath located in the sleeping area near the bedrooms. Guests are provided with all essentials, including towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and iron facilities.
